• Eligibility:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or does not match the ordered specifications.
  • You notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Used packaging or opened drums/jerry cans
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
  • Goods shipped internationally (unless defective upon arrival)
• Return Process:

  • Include your company name, order details, issue description, and clear photos
  • We will respond within 2 business days
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
• Exchanges: We only replace items if defective and stock is available.
