- Eligibility:
- The product is damaged, defective, or does not match the ordered specifications.
- You notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Used packaging or opened drums/jerry cans
- Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
- Goods shipped internationally (unless defective upon arrival)

- Include your company name, order details, issue description, and clear photos
- We will respond within 2 business days
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
- Exchanges: We only replace items if defective and stock is available.
