This policy applies to orders delivered within India. By placing an order with Hazpack Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you agree to the terms below.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Return window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

How to start a return

  1. Email hazpacksolutions@gmail.com within 7 days with: order number, company name, reason, and clear photos.
  2. Wait for our written authorization (RMA) and instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging and share the pickup/dispatch details.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Yes. Exchanges are offered for eligible items within the 7-day window, subject to stock availability. If the replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
